    This course will introduce and explore career development, examine influences on employment, employability, career choice, and career development.

    It will also examine the significance of human resource management in organization as well as explore the links between product market strategies and their ‘fit’ with HR strategies. Additionally, the role of HR planning in workforce management, and HR policies, including the role of trade unions in employment relationships will also be examined.
