    This course will provide the student with a foundation in the tools and techniques used in the development of operational systems and the factors that affect the choice of operating methods. It will also look at the many different production control techniques and their effect on the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation.

    The course will also equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to evaluate marketing strategies in a variety of industry settings, through a systematic consideration of the key concepts.
